I waited about 10 minutes to just order my food, And when I got to the pickup window, the lady looked at me with a disgusted look and was mad that the sweet tea was out and was yelling at another employee to get it for her in a very aggressive tone. I finally got my food after additional 15 minutes, the fries were cold like they were sitting out for 20 minutes, And I didn't even get other items that I had paid for. This is ridiculous McDonald's. Hire people that actually care
