This means that if there is an issue, such as having the wrong order delivered, there is very little recourse. The store will just tell you to call UberEats, even though Five Guys are the ones to contract out their delivery (and it’s not clear that they are doing so). I do t even have an Uber Ears account. After several phone calls, the best I got was an offer for me to come pick up my order myself. It may not matter to Five Guys but they have lost a customer. If you pick a contractor, you simply must have mechanisms to correct for mistakes. Now I’m out $30 with nothing to show for it but wasted time and frustrated phone calls. Sorry for the other guy who had his order delivered to me. He is probably in a similar state of mind.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
