  Felt they were shorthanded on help. However, the bread sticks alone were worth any inconvenience.

  I went through the Fazoli’s drive‑thru around 9 PM, a full hour before closing, and the experience was really disappointing. The employee at the window, Zachary K., was incredibly rude. He was talking loudly, complaining about “people coming through last minute,” even though it wasn’t close to closing time. When I ordered fettuccine Alfredo, he seemed upset that they had to make it, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. People work late — sometimes grabbing dinner at 9 PM can’t be avoided — and customers shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience for ordering during posted business hours. The food itself was fine, but the behavior at the window really took away from the experience.

  I went through the drive thru on Monday 3/16 around 4pm. The young man cashing me out was horrible. I wanted to make sure he had my order right so when I pulled up to the window I politely asked if he had rung me up for the $5.99 baked Alfredo. Before I could finish my sentence I was cut off very rudely and proceeded to roll his eyes at me. I let that part go. Then once he cashed me out and handed me my money I was trying to hand him a $20 tip. We all have bad days in customer service. That day specifically I just got off of a long shift as a server. So if anyone can relate I can. However, he was looking the other way while handing me my change and ignored me every time I said, “sir, excuse me sir, hey sir here.” He shut the window on me. When he handed me my food I asked is your name Thomas? Because on the check it said Thomas. He said, “no.” I said okay what is your name? He refused to give it to me so I asked for the manager. Told him my concerns. He said he would address the problem. This Zach guy had a certified trainer shirt on. That where the problems are within this establishment. Every time I come there the atmosphere is off putting. I would rather drive to Indianapolis before ever coming back to this location. If the certified trainer feels comfortable enough to be that rude to individuals that were here rude to him then that means it’s coming from the top down. Nobody told Zach to be a drive thru associate when he grew up. No one forced him to work at a fast food restaurant. He chose the job. At least have some pride in what YOU do. I could never treat someone like the way I was treated yesterday. Absolutely disgusting. This whole store needs retrained in customer service skills.
