    Food was cold, got the order wrong. Guess quality ain't the motto anymore. Not to mention the gentleman in the kitchen had a full beard without a beard net... very unsanitary

    The woman taking orders was SO friendly and had perfect customer service! She was working today at 12:10pm. The manager handing food out the window was also so nice and respectful!! you guys are great🩷

    I went through the drive thru which was slow. The workers didn’t seem to be paying much attention to the windows. All I ordered was a baconator sandwich and a frosty. I received the frosty but got a plain chicken sandwich. Just chicken and bread. Unacceptable

    Ordered online, restaurant stated they didn't receive the order although I had an order number, a confirmation number and a paid receipt, they refused to make the order. Told my daughter she was rude and had a bad attitude. I sent an email to the manager that night and I have yet to receive a callback or answering email.

    The only Wendy’s in town to constantly get my order wrong. Last time I went, I got a crispy chicken sandwich only mustard and onion. I instead still received the lettuce and mayo as well as my mustard and onion. I still ate it and it was fine. Now tonight I come and I order it the same way again, expecting to get it right this time. Nope. Onion, mustard, bacon, and cheese. It’s not even on my receipt I made sure it was ordered right on the screen and this sandwich doesn’t even come with cheese or bacon normally so.. how does this even happen? I don’t get it but it’s alright I’ll just go to another location that gets my order correct and have competency until this location can go through the current set of employees.
