We placed an order online, pulled into the mobile order lane in the drive through and sat in line for half an hour until we got to the speaker. We proceeded to wait ten minutes just to get our order taken, which was five seconds. By the time we got to the window, we had been waiting over an hour. When we got to the window, there were 8-10 bags of food sitting on the counter, which is a food safety hazard. They realized they had basically lost our ticket, so we said we would pull around and come inside. We went inside and waited another 50 minutes for our food to come out. We got to the car and checked the bag just for it to be missing several things. Went back inside to get them and left. This was a horrendous and absolutely unacceptable experience and we will never be going back to this location.
