  Kayla was an absolute pleasure assisting us and very personable. It’s a damn SHAME management put her alone with no support to run a whole shift by themselves!! A minor who has no help and yet still had an upbeat energy and smile. Management is LUCKY to have such a resilient worker. I’m absolutely happy with Kayla’s customer service but this location? Learn to SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE!! She had to assist people inside the store, had mobile orders coming through, AND help people trying to order from the drive-thru. Their customer service was 5 stars through and through, but this location and management need to get it together if they want people to continue coming there. As a manager myself, this is absolutely unacceptable and compromises the customer’s experience. All it does is leave a bad taste in the customer’s mouth as they assume the workers aren’t attentive and drive off or get upset about their order taking forever. They have no clue that the lack of commitment by management is at fault. I truly hope that Angel of a worker gets the support and help they need, or better yet, finds a better place that will appreciate her efforts and interpersonal skills.

  has this restaurant ever been cleaned?? whole place is dirty top to bottom. guy making my food didn’t wash his hands once in the 20 minutes i was there waiting. thank god his coworker who was coughing up a lung got up to help without washing his hands too!

  Came in and the place was extremely clean and the worker made us feel welcome even though it was near closing. One of the better subways I've been too

  Stopped in 8/12 at around noon. Ordered our usual, Cold Cut Combo, Subway Club, 2 chips and 2 drinks. Price seemed high. Sat down and realized my sandwich had bacon, so it was made as an American Club and not a Subway Club. Whatever. Then we checked the receipt since it seemed like the price was higher than we expected (We come here often). Checking the receipt we saw "Tips" of $4.53 on the receipt (That was 20%). My girlfriend, who paid for the order, was never asked about a tip. SO......an employee added it to our bill without asking. That is unacceptable and we will NOT be back. There are plenty of places to get a sandwich that we don't need to go to a place that is unethical like that.
