Bad experience, tried get alcohol but no one had a license to bring it out, not even the Mgr on line couldn't handle alcohol because he wasn't license, and this is how we run pizza hut today, no license Mgr and staff

My favorite Pizza Hut of all the Pizza Huts! This one has the best prices between the ones we frequent and always has great customer service as well!

We had Michael as our server tonight..he did an amazing job!! Got us in and out in time for our movie time ...it's just disappointing on the good quality 😔 the sauce isn't good anymore theyve taken the cheaper route...I will probably not be back...but Michael needs to be somewhere serving great food!

I ordered for carry out on the app and mistakenly placed it for ASAP instead of scheduling ahead like intended. I caught this immediately and called the store. The guy who answered the phone seemed pleasant and willing to help. When I explained what happened he told me he couldn't help with that.
I thanked him anyway and got off the phone.
But, really? You can't take a marker and write a later time on it and stick it on the order board? Or something...
So I tried contacting customer service by phone. No luck, you'll be connecting back to the store with the guy who can't help.
Then I tried using the help chat bot through the app who said the store can help with that.
What is this place?
So instead of forfeiture of $41, my wife left work early to pick it up and we'll get to heat it up in the oven when I get home.
I made a mistake but it shouldn't be this complicated.
