For some late food not a bad idea but i you do tend to have to wait depending on what you order. My burger was cold but my chicken nuggets where hot. Would have much preferred to get my food as it comes out than them waiting for everything to just give you cold food. Oh and to top it off had a very weird homeless person come next to me and start going threw there bags while I had all my kids eating with me
I am a very frequent customer of this McDonalds, and I have eaten here many times in my life. Today, I was downright disrespected and embarrassed by the management and the way I was treated. I went in and placed my order on my phone, and received my food very quickly. My friend on the other hand, ordered on the kiosk inside. After about 30 minutes had passed, the employees asked why we were still waiting. We told them that we had not received the food we ordered on the kiosk. After asking for the receipt, my friend presented a receipt that he had put in his pocket and it had become very wrinkled. We were immediately accused of trying to scam them for free food, but we pointed out the order time/date and name on the receipt proving that he had payed for it. My friend used a tap to pay card, and did not have the physical card which matched the card number on the receipt. He had a bank statement which proved he payed, but they refused to look at it. Because of this, we were even more heavily accused of trying to steal food, which was simply not true. I politely asked the manager if we could pull up the camera footage, which would have shown my friend paying for his food in the line of sight, and also show that we had never received the food. We were very rudely told absolutely not, and when asked why not, we were not provided a valid reason. The manager began hurling insults at us, on appearance and status, which was incredibly rude, uncalled for, and downright embarrassing. I asked for the store owners number, to which the manager refused, and decided to call the cops on us. Upon the cops arrival, the manager stated that I must be trespassed for life. We were able to show the cops our side of the story, and show them that we did nothing wrong, but the manager refused to change his mind and demanded that I be trespassed. This incident was downright inhumane and an embarrassment to me. I was openly disrespected by this manager, and now I am no longer to eat at one of my favorite restaurants. I hope my issue can be resolved by the owner, but since they refused to give me information, I have no way to get in contact with them.

At 5:29 am on 12/20 I placed my order through the mobile app. When I pulled up to the drive thru windows and gave the employee my order number she said she didnt have that order in their system. She then went and got her manager. I gave him my order number and he told me that it was not in the system. I told him I had the receipt on my phone where it went through and I double checked to make sure I was at the right location. I was indeed at the correct location. I asked him what he was going to do to make this right since I paid for this and was on my way to work. He said I can't do anything for you. You have to get a refund through the app. I told him I already paid and he said I had to call the app to get a refund. I asked him for the phone number to call for a refund. He said I dont have that. I asked him for his name three times. The first two times he just said he was the manager. After asking for his name the third time he told me he didnt have to give me his name and I needed to drive away since he couldn't do anything for me. I offered to pull forward and show him my receipt. He said no again and told me to drive off. I called corporate and then they gold ahold of the GM there named Dawn. Dawn texted me back and told me to come in by 5 so she could look at my phone to give me a refund. I told her I would be in by 4. I got there about 4 right on the dot. I asked an employee to please get dawn for me. That employee came back by about 5 minutes later. I had to acknowledge her to ask if dawn was coming out. She said yes. I waited another 5 minutes before I asked another employee about if dawn was coming out to talk with me. He went back and told her. He came back and said she is with an employee. I looked back to her office and could see her laughing and carrying on with someone. She finally came out after me waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. She did give me a refund. It is obvious this location is horrible at customer service. Attitude of the employees there trickles down from the top. It's obvious this GM is more interested in having fun with employees than taking care of customers. This was a horrible experience and we will not be back. Im sure the owner of this location will reply with their generic response of filling out an online survey.. customers beware, this location is garbage
How you make your food is ridiculous half the time its not made right or its cold bc its been sitting for awhile or the fact that you ask for table service but they stick it in a bag anyways and put it on the counter and let it sit there till you go find your order or what about asking for them to bring it to you but again they just call out your name or number bc they dont want to have to walk it to you. there's alot of yelling going on there between workers and some of your people have horrible customer service skills. Not all of them are bad there are some really nice and good ones that care about the job and treat you decent. But what I do not like is being humiliated and treated like dirt. No not me my spouse you humiliated my spouse in public making them cry and you think its ok. If you had a problem with them you could have addressed them directly with out making a secne to others around you. When you have to sink to that level to humiliate someone and make them feel like trash you don't deserve to be in customer service. I get you have a job to do and sometimes it's not pleasant but there are better ways to handle it then humiliation. What happened to common curiosity to man kind no matter who they are? The fact that you thought bc you had the power it was ok to treat someone like that and I know that's not what they taught you when hiring you. And bc of how my spouse was treated we will not be coming back to your store. I will not eat at a place that thinks it's ok to treat customers or anyone for that matter like that.
