My breakfast Sandwich was made incorrectly (missing egg) and they gave me a Root Beer instead of coke. I would highly recommend avoiding this location unless you have time to kill and don’t care how your food order comes out. This place sucks.

Each driver arrived and waited, only to find that my food was not being prepared. Instead of canceling the order themselves, the restaurant let driver after driver show up until I was forced to cancel. Because of this, I was charged a $21 cancellation fee even though the restaurant failed to make the food. This wastes customers’ time, drivers’ time, and shifts the cost of the restaurant’s failure onto the customer. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Sat in line for 45 minutes at the menu board for 20 minutes just to be rudely told the manager closed the kitchen and I needed to cancel my order. After they had had already taken the 3 people infront of us' order. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the managers don't seem to care. I can promise I will never be back. I can see why their mascot is a clown.
