Got a sausage biscuit no cheese even though the cheese was on the tag and no hash brown. Found this out when I got all the way home and had to go all the way back to the store to get what I paid for. This is too easy guys train your people please for your other customers that may still keep going there. Now add that they took the sausage biscuit just threw a slice of cheese on it and called it good on putting cheese on my cold sausage biscuit.

She apologized sincerely, stayed calm under pressure, and immediately had our food remade fresh. Despite being busy, she and the staff were kind, respectful, and professional. The fresh food was hot and correct, and we left feeling taken care of. That manager truly deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise — for how she handled a stressful shift with grace. Customer service like that is rare these days.
