- AUA Google UserJan 3, 20261.0I have given this fresh thyme 5+ pickup chances, and there has either been a 10-15 min wait each time, or issues with an order (like the last time I came after receiving a text that said it was ready, it wasn’t, was told to wait 20 min, came back 20 min later, still wasn’t ready and no one answering phone). While I love the stores variety of products, an extremely frustrating experience.

Meat counter employee hadn't put anything out on butcher block yet. Acted angry about me asking about that being the only choice for ground beef. They were really rude at checkout. They got offended that I didn't round up for a charity I've never heard of and it was vitamins for pregnant teenage girls. Second I shopped there the meat counter guy was way ruder than first time. As I walked away from meat counter he was complaining to other employee about my last visit and asking about the ground beef. The third visit the guy with ponytail was hiding in store room and wouldn't come out until he saw me taking to his manager. This is way to much to put up with for a store with decent products and prices.
