Excellent burger and fries. Bag still full of fries, the near little marketing hook overflowing the serving pouch. All the roasted peanuts you can eat! As many know, it's the higher end of the price range for burgers. Single burger and regular fry with a drink is a solid $20. Fries cooked in peanut oil. Consistency is a given between locations.

I'm not a big burger eater but I love their fries (when they are cooked crispy and hot). I did order online but I was there within 6 minutes after ordering. The fries were cold and very mooshy. I've only been to this location 3 times and unfortunately all 3 trips were underwhelming. I've had to ask each time for them to cook the fries until they are crispy. Fries are supposed to be crispy, right? Also I ordered a large fry. Usually the bag is filled generously. The paper sack it comes in was halfway full with maybe a few in the bottom of the bag.
They need to come up with a system that offers people discounts or rainchecks for unsatisfied customers because I'm sure then that they would pay more attention to the food they are putting out. I paid $25 for a small burger and a LARGE fry with a shake. I would expect soggy fries and an underwhelming burger from McDonald's but not for $25 this is a bit lengthy but I'm a little pissed. And hangry 😆 annoyed that I have to go home and throw these fries in the oven to crisp them up. I will not be having 5 guys for awhile. At least not at the Creasy location.
Sorry guys.

The food was good if not pricey, but its cooked fresh so you get what you pay for! Worth a good meal. One staff memeber was blasting music through his phone on the lobby at one point during our visit.

Ordered from Five Guys on 1/15/26 through DoorDash for a pickup order & I ran a bit behind when coming to pick it up. Right no biggie, it's my food so it's fine if it's a little cold or whatever. When I get there they proceed to tell me they've THROWN MY FOOD OUT! Then I gotta wait another 20 minutes for them to remake it cause they thought the food had been sitting there too long for their liking.

Night shift is getting lazy and making food not fresh. Spent like 25 dollars on food that's nasty and don't wanna eat...
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?
Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost.
Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
