As many know, it's the higher end of the price range for burgers. Single burger and regular fry with a drink is a solid $20. Fries cooked in peanut oil. Consistency is a given between locations.

The fries were cold and very mooshy. I've only been to this location 3 times and unfortunately all 3 trips were underwhelming. I've had to ask each time for them to cook the fries until they are crispy. Fries are supposed to be crispy, right? Also I ordered a large fry. Usually the bag is filled generously. The paper sack it comes in was halfway full with maybe a few in the bottom of the bag. They need to come up with a system that offers people discounts or rainchecks for unsatisfied customers because I'm sure then that they would pay more attention to the food they are putting out. I paid $25 for a small burger and a LARGE fry with a shake. I would expect soggy fries and an underwhelming burger from McDonald's but not for $25 this is a bit lengthy but I'm a little pissed. And hangry 😆 annoyed that I have to go home and throw these fries in the oven to crisp them up. I will not be having 5 guys for awhile. At least not at the Creasy location. Sorry guys.

Right no biggie, it's my food so it's fine if it's a little cold or whatever. When I get there they proceed to tell me they've THROWN MY FOOD OUT! Then I gotta wait another 20 minutes for them to remake it cause they thought the food had been sitting there too long for their liking.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
