She took time to discuss with us what types of drinks we tend to like and built one for my husband on his app and saved it as a favorite. Today, we ordered that drink and he LOVED it! I even had the chance to see Sydney when I was at the window picking up our order, and as usual, she was super bubbly and seemed to be working her butt off in there making drinks! āļø

In the little time you interact with her while going through the line she makes the biggest difference. Her customers service is amazing and she always makes my day better. Sometimes Iāll think about grabbing a coffee elsewhere but Lucy is my reason for going to Dutch everytime.

She is sweet and friendly but also efficient and gets my drinks quickly and perfectly. It's usually 5 am when I get there so I feel like that makes it doubly impressive! Keep up the great work Lucy!

- JJJustanobodytryingtellsomebodyNov 16, 20253.0Definitely a hit and miss... this early Sunday AM was definitely a miss... I ordered our drinks online and arrived to my drinks not prepared at all. Of course I could understand if there was a lengthy line but it wasn't the situation at all. The car in front of me was waiting for their order or ordering upon arrival which one not entirely sure. Patiently waiting for our drinks as our pick up time was 7:04, unfortunately didnt get out of drive thru til 7:18.... š which I willingly forgave as our drinks were fresh. Sad to say but my Husband's drink was watered down.... tasted as if there wasn't any coffee at all and he couldn't even finish due to the unpleasantness of the flavor. Needless to say if he is disappointed the likelihood of us returning is not happening. Lastly I could totally understand if it were busy, and I've seen the swarm as I live in that area.. not the case at all.. Definitely a miss...

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeĀ® is a blended coffee drink!

Weāve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means weāre stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. Youāll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
