Finally someone asked for my order with a very thick accent and mumbling. I said iced peppermint mocha with almond milk. Nothing. Then more from the employee. Neither myself or my sister got what he said at first. Finally after he SCREAMED at me we got that he said latte or coffee. I said coffee. I was so angry that a man decided to scream at me as he was taking my order that I pulled out of line and left. This man should not be allowed to work customer service. I was not nasty at all and was upset as to what I did wrong I just couldn’t understand what he was saying I will never go back to this location ever again
