  I am a Dunkin drinker and this has to be the first time I couldn’t appreciate my coffee. From the way the drive through responded to how I was treated at the window. The coffee tasted as if it had been sitting for a minute. There was no line, so need to be rushed as if it was rush hour. Almost went to 7 Brew.

  I understand how stressful food service can be, and I’m always patient about that. However, my experience at this location this morning was extremely disappointing. I had trouble hearing the employee at the drive-thru speaker and politely asked her to repeat herself. Instead of clarifying, she loudly replied, “NO MORE WHITE CHOCOLATE,” in a very rude tone. I didn’t mind that the item was unavailable and changed my order, but the attitude continued through the entire interaction. At the end of ordering she said, “If you’re done then pull up,” again very sharply. At the window, she took my card and handed it back without saying anything—no greeting, no total, nothing. When I asked for my receipt she rolled her eyes, and when I said thank you, she rolled her eyes again while another employee laughed in the background. Everyone deserves respect at work, but customer service is part of the job, and this experience made me feel disrespected as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location, and if the surrounding Dunkin’ stores are run by the same owner, I’ll be taking my business to 7Brew instead.

  Went yesterday and waited for someone to take window at drive thru. That’s cool. It’s the weekend. I can wait. Finally someone asked for my order with a very thick accent and mumbling. I said iced peppermint mocha with almond milk. Nothing. Then more from the employee. Neither myself or my sister got what he said at first. Finally after he SCREAMED at me we got that he said latte or coffee. I said coffee. I was so angry that a man decided to scream at me as he was taking my order that I pulled out of line and left. This man should not be allowed to work customer service. I was not nasty at all and was upset as to what I did wrong I just couldn’t understand what he was saying I will never go back to this location ever again
