I am a huge Dunkin fan however, a while ago I had a really bad experience with the drive-through (on sagamore park way, not this location) and they ended up yelling at me because I couldn’t understand them on the speaker lots of mumbling, I recently started to come back to Dunkin and try out this location And I have to say the manager here is phenomenal. I believe he’s on the speaker every morning if not almost every morning. He never seems to have a bad day. He is always kind on the speaker, gets your order through fast but doesn’t rush you. The team always says have a good day or thank you. The food always comes out great my coffee is always made well And not only is the establishment clean but so is the parking lot. I really think that the Dunkin’ Donuts on sagamore Parkway by the mall could learn a lot from this location.

I was already distraught and scared because I hadn’t been to this dunkin before and i am a PROUD dunkin fan. my husband gets very angry when i go every day before work but me need caffeine in the morning! (im a millenial) i doordashed it and the drink smelt weird. like cigarettes. i wish it tasted like one to make me feel better. The cream cheese bagel was lukewarm and deformed looking.. and the cream cheese was sticky. also my doordash driver lookrd at me weird. idk why. maybe he was mad i diht tip.

They smushed our food by overfilling a bag and ruining the sandwich. Then tossed our donuts in the bag upside down so all the icing went over each one. We asked them to fix it and they refused. Terrible service. Very rude.
