Any time it has taken them longer than originally expected, they have given me a free pizza without me asking. That has been just a few times in the many years I’ve ordered from Dominos. Excellent store and service.

I call back and apparently it had been delivered without notice. Tracker still showing the 8 minutes. It was only after I requested a refund did they actually check what the heck was going on. The food was cold, gross, and inedible. You win Domino's. My boyfriend won't order from his side of town and now I won't order from mine. There is other pizza in Lafayette, thankfully.
