Live on Ortman Lane in lafayette driver come all the way to Teasdale Drive then turns around and goes all the way to Barnabas Lane. Then all the way back to 231 then turns around to come up 9th Street to Ortman Lane. Easily added another 30 min to my wait. Long wait for them just so they can give me a pizza box that looks like somebody sat on it. Went ahead and filed a claim. Would not advise delivery. My address is literally 3 miles from the store. The total route the driver took was a total of 12 miles give of take a mile. UPDATE Went back to 38 location of Dominos and they did really good got it as a carryout order and it was done on time and was ready to go staff seemed very friendly. My pizza was very good.

I pull up to retrieve my order and immediately she has an attitude upon opening the drive thru window. I say hi and tell her I’m picking up my order and she just ignores me, rolls her eyes and goes to look through the boxes on the counter. I gave her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she didn’t hear me say hello), and said thank you before grabbing my pizza. Again, she says nothing. I stare at her anticipating at least a “thank you”. Not even expecting a “have a nice day” like what normal customer service people say. I say it again, thinking she didn’t hear me. Receive absolutely nothing for a response. Shuts the window on me and turns away. Is this place always like this? Or is it just this one employee who can’t be bothered to do a decent job?
