- YSYao SunDec 21, 20253.0It's generally ok for slop bowl location. Food serving size is about normal instead of tiny like every others. But the pricing is at least 16% higher than regional pricing of Lafayette for all menu items. Win some lose some I guess.

When I get home and open the containers my bowl had small portions, one side was missing in my gf's bowl and the quesadilla was "well done". I'm not even going to bother contacting anyone since Chipotle directs all complaints to a call center. I don't want a free meal a month from now, I want what I ordered - the way i ordered it, today.

Came in at 7:30pm to eat dinner with my family only to be told that we would have to wait 25 minutes for rice. I asked to make sure that was what I was told as the employee stared blankly at me. It's a common occurrence that food seems to not be prepped timely and that communication between the team is spotty. Maybe some training as a team is required.
