  Took way to long, and our food came out lukewarm at best but the server was doing alright. Letting us know about why but was taking so long. But we waited an hour and a half for cold food, and the burgers weren't even right. Fries were basically ice cold and overall this place is just bs.

  No burgers available. No ranch available. That alone signals poor inventory control and lack of operational oversight. We waited over an hour for food in a casual dining environment. Meanwhile, staff were standing around on the service floor instead of actively supporting the kitchen or managing guest expectations. There was no urgency, no coordination, and no visible leadership presence. The food quality has dropped well below acceptable standards. What used to be consistent now feels careless and poorly executed. This location does not have a service problem. It has a management problem… from inventory control to floor supervision to hygiene enforcement. Until leadership addresses operations and accountability, this experience will continue to decline.

  We went as a group Wednesday night to watch Purdue Michigan game. Our server was pleasant. Our food literally took the entire first half to get out. One of my buddies ordered the fried pickles. Not sure what they changed about that recipe but they were very batter heavy. I and another guy got their version of Philly cheese steak. It was good. But be careful in ordering this. The menu photo looks like it is huge. It was maybe the size of a hotdog bun. The food is expensive and not much to write home about.

  Ordered online. Showed up was nobody at the front desk greeting people. 15 minutes after my pick up time had to make a scene to talk to a manager. Took another 10 minutes to get my food. So 25 minutes late. Order was messed up. It's Wings Ect. Here on out.
