    First time to stop by to their drive thru. I don't understand the robot said so i went ahead to the next window. I told the guy give me a reuben. I got Home i noticed my order was turkey. It was frustrating cox i don't like it but too late to drive back and return. I live 20mins away. Why they cant make the job right? Reuben and turkey are different. Plus the food was too salty. Im not going back to arbys again.

    I got the steak bowl and it was the worst thing I've ever had. I dont think I could ever come back here after that.

    I think there were some new hires taking my order so I got the wrong sandwich (totally understandable everyone makes mistakes!) and the manager was super kind and remade my order correctly. Staff was friendly and attentive :)
