Made eye contact & ignored me in the driveway for 15 minutes before I gave up. I did show up 40 minutes before closing so its probably not a regular issue.

Just the typical arbys experience. Downfall part was they stopped the steak nugget bowl which wasnt bad but didn't take it off their menu and not able to order it so was let down.

Came through with a coupon on 11-14 at 3:09 pm. Ordering was smooth, quick and efficient. That drive-thru lane sucks but it's been that way forever. Jennifer was working the window and everything was great. Very hot sandwiches, drink accurate, and fast and friendly. She's the best (always has been) and this was a perfect visit. Thanks for that.

We waited in drive through for 15 minutes and the second time they got the order all screwed up.
