  I stop at this location everytime I'm in Lafayette. 7brew is the best iced coffee around. The rewards are well worth it too!

  The easy obvious lovely option that's super fast and doing a decent range of high sugar, caffeine, and fun. I enjoy the creme brulee, glad their rewards programs also saves orders so I do not need to give my order ever again! Prices are better than the junky Starbucks and large sizes really gets me going! Staff is well trained and only Dutch Bros matches the vibes.

  The upbeat atmosphere at 7brew always makes my day better. I love the variety of drinks on the menu. The speedy service gets my drink to me without much wait. Leaving the line with my favorite drinks makes it a good day. This is my favorite 7brew crowd and location. The staff is genuine, thanks Reilly!

  This 7brew makes buying coffee on weekday mornings worth the experience. Everytime I come through, the staff is beyond friendly. I get asked how my day is going, what I am up to, and a free conversation with the most lovely people. Additionally, the drinks never fail to disappoint and are always consistent in how they taste unlike some other coffee shops in town. As a bonus, I’ve never had a long experience there and my drinks are always getting out to me in a timely manner. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend you go try!

  I’m a regular customer and normally have great experiences at this location, especially with the younger staff. Unfortunately, my visit this morning was handled poorly by the manager on duty. I went to purchase a kids drink for my daughter to receive the letter to Santa that is advertised on the 7 Brew member calendar. The promotion does not state that the child must be present in the car. I showed the calendar and explained this, but I was told I had to bring my child back with me for the letter. When I questioned it, the manager said it was “from upper management” and refused to help. What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. She was condescending, repeatedly called me “babe” even after I asked her to stop, and then told me I had “no holiday spirit” when I asked to speak to an upper manager. I was then told to call corporate and the interaction was abruptly ended. I was also told I would be charged for both drinks and still not receive the letter to Santa, which completely contradicts the promotion. I come to this location daily and spend a lot of money here. I’ve never had an issue like this before, and it was disappointing to be treated this way over a kids promotion meant to be fun for families. I hope management addresses how this was handled, because this experience was unnecessary and unprofessional.
