    Every morning they are so slow!!! You guys open at 5:30 and we all need to be a work at 6am..maybe start opening at 5am. They need to put a little pep in their step!

    Seriously - do NOT go here unless you have 15-20 minutes to spare, minimum. Terrible service that talks instead of makes drinks, takes time taking and creating orders, and incorrectly takes individuals orders based on when they arrive. It should not take 20 min to make a small drink. And no, I do not want to have a conversation with you with my small children screaming in the back being woken up by your music after taking 20 minutes to get my drink.

    I used to pass this place and think wow they are so busy so they must be out performing SB. And SB nvr has much of a line. But I’ve been in line for 20 minutes to get a gift card. It’s just slow service .. not that they are more popular than SB .. SB is more efficient

    We waited half an hour for our two medium energy drinks. We get to the box and our drinks are sitting on the counter for 10 mins and nobody hands it to us so we’re just sitting there watching our drinks until someone finally sees our drinks and hands it to us.

    Want to say love 7brew they outbeat starbucks not even 5 mins of ordering the blondie drink they had the order made and had it out to me within a second and have great service and good polite and outgoing employees keep up the good work.
