We are very surprised how they can jack up the full order. Nobody drank anything, it is in the trash in two minutes. The worst coffee experience.

Went to booth to further talk to friends when they got up to it. Gave us pupcup, asked if we had not gotten our drinks (she was only one we talked to). Finally got our drinks after 25 minutes from arrivaal arrival. Cold one was all ice. We also are at one by mall or one on Veterans every day. Worse service ever!!.

I ordered two hot chocolates with peppermint, whipped cream, and candy cane. Although there was minimal traffic, the wait time was approximately 20 minutes. I paid in cash—about $7 using a $10 bill—and told the staff to keep the change, as I often do during this time of year, but did not receive any acknowledgment or thanks. When I received my drinks, neither included the whipped cream or candy cane as ordered. Overall, the service and order accuracy during this visit did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect.
