Wait staff told us it was 45 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night with less than 1/3 of the tables filled. Very clear they were just being lazy and didn’t want more diners to wait on so they basically told everyone to leave. The west side location closed, and I guarantee this one does as well. Terrible management that’s equivalent to a high school running the entire restaurant. SKIP THIS LOCATION

I didn't realize that I needed a secret handshake just to sit in a booth at a half empty restaurant. We arrived around 10:15pm to a sea of at least 10 open booths, yet the hostess insisted at sitting us at a table. When I specifically asked for one of the booths right next to us that were open, the host told me "no" with zero explanation.
The best part? Another group that was the exact same size as mine walked in 15 minutes later and was escorted immediately to a booth.
I don't blame our waiter, Alexa, for the hostess's attitude or the lack of management, but they were unfortunately the one who had to deliver the driest wings I've ever seen. These were easily the worst wings I've ever had at a B-Dubs. They had like literally almost no sauce on them at all. Some of them might as well have been plain.
The lack of quality control from the front door to the kitchen is staggering. Management needs to check the logs for this shift and figure out why guests are being lied to while being served subpar food. I’m never coming back. Save your money and go literally anywhere else where they actually want your business. There are too many options these days to have this quality service at these prices.

Tried to go for lunch. Walked in to a full lobby. The people in front of us said they had been waiting there for over 10 minutes already & hadn't been greeted yet. 4 other parties showed up behind us & 1 woman decided to call the store because we were all being blatantly ignored. The manager finally came up to the front to greet us after she got off the phone & proceeded to tell all of us that we couldn't be seated until the waitress caught up with the tables?.. I have never in my life been turned away for such an absurd reason. We saw FIVE employees walk by while we waited to be greeted. Before we walked in 2 ladies that left said the store was on a half hour - 45min hold.. we left & took our business elsewhere. Why that manager wouldnt have taken control & picked up a few tables or had any one of the other 5 people on the floor help out is beyond me. They 100% just didn't want to work.

This place is known for slow Service however, tonight takes the cake, a lobby full of people waiting to be seated with an empty restaurant. The hostess does not even say hello welcome I’ll be right with you, Please wait nothing she takes her time. Walking back-and-forth around the restaurant for probably close to 10 minutes seats the party that was there first and then proceeds to walk over slowly and say sorry it’s going to be a 15 minute wait to dine in, again I tell you this restaurant was empty and it’s a Friday night. Unacceptable customer service not even a smile or a friendly nod when we walked in, totally ignored by the entire staff!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience—and without exaggeration, it was all thanks to our server, Aryan.
From the very beginning, she set the tone in the best possible way. She approached us with a genuine sense of care, even apologizing out of concern that we might have been waiting on her. When I asked how she was doing, she didn’t give the standard autopilot answer—she was honest, lighthearted, and optimistic in a way that felt real. That alone was refreshing and immediately made the interaction feel human rather than transactional.
As the experience unfolded, she proved that that first impression was no fluke. She was consistently attentive without ever being intrusive—gracefully present. Every time she passed by, she checked in with intention, making sure we were taken care of without disrupting the flow of our time together.
What really stood out, though, was her thoughtfulness and foresight. When I ordered a drink she wasn’t sure was on the menu, she didn’t just say she’d check—she proactively asked for a backup option so she could keep things moving efficiently without making us wait longer than necessary. That kind of awareness and anticipation is rare, and it did not go unnoticed.
And while the food itself was excellent and came out quickly, the truth is this: Aryan made the experience. Her energy, her attentiveness, her professionalism—it all elevated what could have been a simple meal into something genuinely memorable.
If this is the standard, you’re doing something right. And if it’s not, Aryan should be the one setting it.
