I get coffee from here every single day and I get the same thing! I get EXTRA EXTRA Carmel and I know what it looks like when my drink is done correctly. Instead of correcting my drink, she came out and yelled at me in front of everyone saying shes going to charge me extra for the caramel and then preceded to pop open the lid and squirt the caramel all over my drink and hand it back with my cup a mess!! She should be fired for her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills. I've gotten the same drink for a year straight and have never had a problem, this manager doesnt have the skills or the KINDNESS that your company says they represent. If I wasnt on my way to work to take care of my dying patients then I would of gotten a complete refund and threw the whole drink away! If I could give this zero stars than I would have!
- AWannika wilcoxApr 10, 20265.0veterans memorial 7 brew is literally the best location. i went to a different location and got a drink and it was terrible, so i stopped at the veterans one on my way home and asked if they would be willing to remake it. kevin, one of the managers, was more than happy to fix it for me and the new drink he gave me was 1000 times better!! kevin, grady, clayton, and keiley are always the biggest sweethearts every time i come through, and i love seeing them and getting a yummy drink. keep up the good work guys!! ❤️❤️❤️ (pictured: yucky drink on left, yummy drink on right)
