  This one is going downhill fast! This use to be a 15/10 7 brew but I'd go to literally any other one in town. Their customer service is starting to get crappy and they never make the correct drinks even if you spell it out for them. I've ordered a matcha and they make a chai. I've ordered an ice green tea with peach and strawberry and they make a lemonade. I've ordered the drink I get 99% of them time... It's alllll over my history and they make anything but that drink. My friends go and the exact same thing happens to them. I even tell them what drink to pick from the history and they still make it wrong!! Even if I'm the only car there at the moment and this has happened the last 8 times myself or my family has been to this one. When I try to let them know they get all defensive even though it's on their iPad. Also, I think they turned up there music as a way to make an excuse for this happening because it's been blasting recently like a club.

  The last trip I will ever make to this location. It started off with the girl in my lane (she’s the one who would be taking my order), sees my car pull in. She proceeds to look at me, throw her iPad down in her lap and yell to the sky. She comes over and proceeds to lean inside my car while taking my order. And then flips the screen for a tip and WATCHES TO MAKE SURE I TIP HER. This has to be a joke. Cut the cameras, I’m being pranked. The wait was of course atrocious as well but thats beside the point. Point of the matter is, expecting me to tip for a service that I have not yet even gotten is absolutely insane. I don’t know if my coffee is even going to be good yet or how long I’m about to wait. And furthermore LEANING in MY CAR and then WATCHING me tip?? Get a grip. I worked in retail for YEARS. I get not liking your job. I got to the point of not liking mine so I quit and got a new one. If you don’t come to your job where you work outside prepared and ready for inclement weather, quit. It’s not for you. And that’s okay. What’s not okay is expecting me to make up the difference for you.

  Make sure you know someone working, otherwise they'll just take orders they the other line and chat with their friends, and you'll be there 45 minutes

  The service was so atrocious I couldn't get a drink or find out how good the atmosphere was walked up to get a drink and was ignored until I walked over to the driving side then I was treated like the idiot for having to walk over there when they literally looked at me when I walked up but apparently I was a burden on their conversation

  No prices on the menu? No nutritional information on the website or menus? No actual coffee, only an Americano? I just don't get the appeal of waiting in often long lines to have greater than half a ten dollar bill for a drink from a company unable to be transparent when you order a drink. Sorry, I don't want to be a lemming.
