  The 5 stars is solely based on my experience with Nick & Becca today: I have been coming to this Dunkin since it opened, sometimes every morning, for weeks at a time. That gives a person enough time to meet a lot of the staff. I’ve never left a review for this location before, but today NICK (he should be head of customer service training for all your employees, including ones who’ve been there for awhile) & BECCA (she needs to train your employees on how to excite customers on new product launches by sharing her excitement. Like when I asked about the Brownie batter. Her excitement convinced me to get 2. All that thru just her voice in the DT speaker!) her contagious energy was enough to upsell a product to someone, and that’s what any sales based company like Dunkin needs more of. Nick greeted me at the window and as someone who is a small business owner I want to steal him away for his amazing welcome at the DT window. For -2 degree temp at 7:30, I felt better because he was cheerful and sweet. Becca was right there with him and just as happy go lucky sounding as her voice sounded while I was ordering. Your location FINALLY has 2 impressive employees and I hope you give them a raise as well as more responsibility in regards to training others. They deserve it or you might lose the only employees who have managed to impress a very regular customer & fellow biz owner.

  When does your lobby close on Sunday? Caught you guys closing up early. Business’s with this sort of ethic have no business staying around. Lost my family’s business

  I come to dunkin a LOT, and every time i go, it always ruins my mood. The teens that work the nightshift absolutely hate their jobs. Barely can hear them when you talk in the speaker, always laughing and snickering about customers and can never do their job right. No manager on site. Absolutely horrible. but the morning shift!!! i love it! sweet people! they know what they are doing and thy LOVEEE their jobs!

  The kid at the counter wasn't very helpful. I asked what's the consistency between a peppermint mocha frappe & and a cofffee??? Is the frappe like a milkshake consistency & coffee just liquid? He replied It's just peppermint syrup. Hhmmmm I thought....not my question. Maybe he was having an off day??? Not very friendly either.

  went here after a funeral that we had to travel over an hour (for the funeral not dunkin) just happened to see dunkin on our way back home ,and we don’t have a dunkin in our town back home so we were both excited to get something we haven’t had in a while, service was ehhh, could be better, one girl had attitude but was way nicer then the other, didn’t see one adult/ manager just a couple of teens. one was on facetime talking while making food/drinks, they looked like they just hated there life in that moment witch i understand i work in fast food but still could fake a smile when serving people who have been nothing but nice, We ordered iced coffees with extra pumps of caramel and cream didn’t taste sweet at all and didn’t have really any caramel. went on 11/13 around 3-4.
