  I come to to this location all the time just for them to take money out of my account then refuse to give me what I paid for.

  Wish they had better selection of donuts. A worker was very rude to me there, but I nicely addressed her.

  I am so happy that La Porte Dunkin is my home store. The employees I interact with nearly daily are friendly, quick, and are excellent problem solvers. I had an issue with my mobile order this morning (fault of the app, not at all on the store), and the employees worked quickly to resolve my issue, make my order without a fuss, and get me on my way with a delicious drink. While this is the only “issue” I’ve had with any order I’ve placed here– it is abundantly clear that this crew will make the moment right. Thank you La Porte Dunkin crew, you guys are amazing!

  How come it takes so long for someone to answer the drive thru when I’m the only person here? The workers are absolutely terrible at this location.

  Once again, did not get the donut.I ordered chocolate frosted cake.I got a chocolate donut , no frosting , i used to get vanilla cream, but they would always give me Bavarian cream.Why can't they get a donut right in the drive through?
