I ordered a bowl and when I got it, it was a complete mess watery, soggy, and honestly looked like it was thrown together with no care at all. It was basically slop and not something you’d expect to pay for. What made it worse was how the situation was handled. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Ace, just to explain what happened and let them know the order clearly wasn’t made properly. I wasn’t even asking for a refund I just wanted them to be aware. Her exact response to me was: “Don’t think there’s anything I can do about it.” That kind of attitude from a manager is pretty shocking and shows zero concern for customers or quality. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled is the reason I’m leaving this review. If a manager doesn’t care about the food being served or the customer experience, that says a lot about the location. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
