  Literally the worst McDonald’s Kokomo. If you want to wait 30 mins for your food while watching 59 cars that came after you get their food, this is your place. The constantly forget people sitting in the spots they force them to because they want to fudge their numbers. Absolute garbage.

  Great food, everything is fresh. Sometimes they are slow but they get pretty busy. All the ladies are kind and know you by name once you are a top customer.

  Ordered a big arch and double cheese burger today. The buns were to over done. They rehit the timer button on the food warmers. When the timers go off it should be put in the waste bucket. The meat was dry and over salted. Same reason the timers. The lettuce on the big arch was turning brown. I order 2 sausage age muffins a few days back it was the same way. Muffins hard and dry and the meat and eggs rubberized. I wont return there. They don't care if we get fresh food. I wouldn't even let my dog have it.

  This McDonald’s is the worst, I say in the drive thru, had 3 other cars go before me because they kept going to one line, then someone finally answered and another car pulled up to the other one, I told the girl that answered my online order # and I heard the car next to me do the same, then I heard him say next window, now I had 4 cars go in front of me. Then after I told the girl my order # a guy got on and asked the same ? And I said I just told the girl, and he said it was an auto greeting. They need to put a light on the lanes so you know which car pulled up first, so this doesn’t continue to happen, it’s why I hate McDonald’s, all of them do this, the worst is they have screens to see who got their first and they still pick the wrong car.
