  My wife and I were in Kokomo Indiana visiting family. We were about to head out back to Mississippi when we decided to get a pizza for the road. We had never patronized Gabe's Pizza before, and we decided to give them a try. We ordered a large cheese pizza with mushroom and onion toppings. I regretfully report that this was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Firstly, it was topped excessively with mushrooms, as if to cover the fact that portions of the pizza had no cheese at all. Sauce was minimal. And it was extremely bland. No seasoning. I have honestly had better tasting grocery store bought $4.00 Tony's and Red Baron pizzas. They should be ashamed to have a substandard product go out the door. We wasted $20.00, including the tip that I gave the cashier. We threw the entire pizza away. For the life of me, I don't know how someone could jack up a cheese pizza. I will never spend money with this place again, nor do I recommend that anyone else does. Their quality control is lacking!
