- CJCallie JordanDec 5, 20252.0In the kindest way possible, these people do NOT know fractions. Every time I order a half-and-half frosty, the vanilla:chocolate ratio gets worse. They used to give me like 60/40, and then it was more like 75/25, at this point they’re not even trying… I got a 1/99 today. I get it’s 10pm and you want to go home, but at least give minimal effort. And they tend to leave big gaps of empty space in the cups too. If I’m paying almost $3 for a small, I want my full quantity. I get it’s not the biggest issue in the world, but when it’s consistently occurring and worsening each time, that’s an issue. Hopefully someone teaches the staff fractions soon. :) ((4 stars for food because it still tastes good))
