  don’t bother wasting your time going here. it’s impossible for them to get your order correct, even if it’s just asking for something simple like no ketchup. ordered food and that was wrong. had to go back and get the correct food. they didn’t give me the sauce I ordered either. I ask for one ranch and she tells me it’s 50¢. I said I ordered ranch and didn’t get any. she said the cashier didn’t ring it up and she’d have to charge me. You’d think if they already messed my food up and I drove back they’d be able to give me a ranch, but she “didn’t want to get in trouble” so I left without. this establishment is a joke. I’ve had to stop ordering specific things because they never get it right. I’ve worked in food before and it’s not hard to read an order ticket and make the food based on the order ticket

  In the kindest way possible, these people do NOT know fractions. Every time I order a half-and-half frosty, the vanilla:chocolate ratio gets worse. They used to give me like 60/40, and then it was more like 75/25, at this point they’re not even trying… I got a 1/99 today. I get it’s 10pm and you want to go home, but at least give minimal effort. And they tend to leave big gaps of empty space in the cups too. If I’m paying almost $3 for a small, I want my full quantity. I get it’s not the biggest issue in the world, but when it’s consistently occurring and worsening each time, that’s an issue. Hopefully someone teaches the staff fractions soon. :) ((4 stars for food because it still tastes good))

  Used the electronic pad to order. Then the young man called me when order was up. It was quiet in the restaurant and it was clean.
