  Only has self order kiosks, didn’t have any large menu for people to easily see, bathrooms were gross, didn’t have napkins or forks available in the drive thru. Overall felt very gross and I hated seeing a senior have to leave because no one was available to help him (I tried, he didn’t want to bother with it)

  This was actually the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I was sitting in a lobby for a mobile order for over an hour and a half. I have never seen a staff more unprepared. They didn’t even tell me they couldn’t make one of my tacos until an hour after I got there. When asked about a replacement item they almost messed it up by putting the chipotle sauce on it. While all of this is going on, workers are being forced to come in. Some wearing pajamas and informal work attire. And the manager was making sure the whole lobby knew how difficult working there was. After all of this, I had gotten my food and then saw my no sour cream on my fiesta potatoes… had sour cream! They remade it and literally only gave me 7 potatoes with barely any cheese and ontop of that, the quesadilla was burnt.

  I told the Taco Bell employee the food and soda was better here. The place was clean and roomy. Not many people ate inside, but lots of drive thru customers.

  This store is lacking structure and is run by a bunch of infantile managers. I picked my son up from work and then hit up the drive through, where I was threatened by a manager named Carrie to take the beef off of my tacos and give it to a door dash drivers order. Her reasoning was due to her poor mismanagement of employees and holding it against me as a customer for her lack of communication to my son and other employees, while he was already over on the clock by two hours helping stock and her inability to manage the tasks that were being performed that needed to be. Needless to say, they fired him for their incapacity of managing. Never visiting this store again. 💯

  The worst experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. After waiting 45 minutes for my food I got home to almost the entire thing incorrect. I asked for chalupas without tomato’s and without sour cream. All of my chalupas were incorrect and had the items not asked for. I went back to either get my food or my money back. When I asked for a manager, they proceeded to tell me the manager was too busy to help me. I had to threaten to get my money back to get them to do anything. After waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes, they tell me they’re out of chicken for my chalupas and could only do steak or beef. So already they can’t even remake my order the way it was supposed to be. Then they try to give me the wrong order AGAIN. My order wasn’t correct until a girl came in to work. I don’t know who she is but she deserves a raise.
