  Rolled into the drive through at 8:50, waited a half hour for two sandwiches. The girl working the window didn’t say a single word to me beyond “thanks” at the very end. After we got home, I realized this woman absolutely decimated my sandwich. Flatbread cut the long way. Why? what compels someone to look at a messy sandwich and say “this just isn’t messy enough.”? $30 for two sandwiches and i have to eat mine with a fork lmao. I’m aware this is a first world complaint, but 30 minutes for $30, the worker treating me like i ruined her night despite us being the only customers, and my sandwich being ruined is crazy. Avoid this location, but if you must, for the love of god don’t go through the drive through at night.

  I never make complaints, but I am so frustrated with my order today. I placed a mobile order for a footlong sub and a mini kids sub. When I got there to pick up my order, I had to have them remake one sandwich because instead of a footlong, they gave me two minis. When I brought it to their attention, Jen the girl who I WATCHED make my sandwich wrong the first time (didn’t know it was mine at the moment since it wasn’t what I ordered) yelled at the other employee, Thomas, and told him he did it wrong which was just completely unprofessional. We got our fixed sandwich and went home. When I opened the mini kids sub, they had made it completely incorrect as well. I ordered a turkey sub w/ mayo and mustard. They made it with salami and pepperoni instead. So we had to GO BACK and have them fix that one too! Thomas, thankfully did make up for it by remaking the mini sub as a footlong, giving us an extra applesauce, and throwing in a free cookie. So really, go Thomas!!! Thomas alone gets 5 stars for the good customer service. But Jen completely made the order wrong with the receipt literally right in front of her face telling her what to put on it. Then she blatantly blamed Thomas when he never even touched the order until he fixed it after we came back. So really, this bad review is solely because of her poor service. Literally the most basic part of the job — reading the receipt correctly and making the order as it says — could not be completed correctly by her. I’ve never had SUCH an issue with an order anywhere ever. I will not be returning to this location. Oh and one last note — the sandwich Jen did make me after she had to fix it was layered poorly so the whole sandwich was falling apart as I tried to eat and it was greatly lacking in the condiments I put on. The condiments felt more like a thought on the sandwich rather than an actual ingredient.

  The employees didn’t know what they were doing. The one girl mid order walked away from us no where to be found and then came back and didn’t even wash her hands just put gloves on. The other older lady was ringing us up and didn’t even know what she was doing. They were out of bread options. No ice for there drinks and the manager was just sitting in the lobby not offering help. I spent 61$ on 3 sandwich’s 5 chips and drinks. Our experience was terrible and we won’t be back.
