  This place is In need of a manager!! I went in on 2/18/26. The two employees were working on 5+ online orders. They were working together one on the sandwich side one on the toppings. I waited over 10 min watching. They told me they have to make the online orders first. A manager would teach them to divide and conquer. One employee care for those waiting while the other works the online order.

  Based on reviews, they've always gave bad service and can't operate correct but will never do anything about it. Definitely checks out

  Safe to say I'll never come to this location again. Absolutely love subway. But this one is nothing but issues and attitudes. Did an online order, apparently they will wait to touch it until the lobby is completely cleared, even though I came inside after online order to pick up food before they even got in line to order. Last time I was there I just had to leave because the lady, even though I was only one in the store, did nothing but cuss and scream and slam things around in back. Hoped it was a one time deal, but don't think this place ever can actually do right

  It wasnt busy but the workers were cleaning in their spare time. Food was great.

  I normally don’t complain, but my experience was absolutely ridiculous!! I pull up to the drive through speaker. I asked if they still had SALADS. The lady says, “Protein bowels “, I said yes. She asked me what I wanted on it. I said I wanted the Turkey and Ham with Cheddar Cheese, black olives, green peppers, and tomatoes. And Ranch Dressing. I get home with my order and see she threw everything in a bowel. She threw the vegetables at the bottom a bit of cheese and placed a big chunk of sliced ham and turkey on top and that’s it.!! When I went back up there (I was the customer) and said something she was very rude! She remade my bowel and I watched her. She even stated “she didn’t know I wanted salad.” SMH when she remade my bowel, she put the salad and spinach at the bottom, the veggies, and this time, which she did NOT do before, she took the ham and turkey, put cheese on top and actually warmed it up!! I asked her if she was going to slice up the turkey and ham and she was very rude about it and asked me what I meant. I explained by cutting it into smaller pieces. She told me I could do it at home. I asked her if she wanted to eat a salad with a slab of meat that goes on a sandwich like that. She snarled and said her manager doesn’t have them cut it up.
