  I placed a large delivery order for my son’s birthday and after about 45 minutes passed, I received a text from DoorDash saying my order had been cancelled, and to reach out to my local store. So I did and I received prompt, professional and friendly service. The woman that ultimately took the call and I’m guessing personally handled the situation was great! I expected her to tell me that I’d have to pick it up or reach out to DoorDash myself, took care of all of it. Thank you so much guys! You’re awesome!

  Out of seven drinks they only got two right. They served me a steak that was rotten. Yes, you got that right. The meat was rotten. They did offer to replace it but at that point I was literally sick to my stomach and suffered from food poisoning for 2 days afterwards. The manager never even came to the table to apologize. They did comp that portion of the meal. When they serve the steaks. They didn't even know whose was whose or whose was cooked, how we had to go through and figure it out ourselves. The waitress, even though we are sitting at the table, served one plate to one person and had them handed out to everybody else. So the service was horrible. The salads were served with the dressing underneath the salad so we literally had to pick through them to figure out whose salad was whose do not recommend or eating here until they get a new manager or better management.   I absolutely adore Outback Steakhouse, regardless of the taste of the food. With that being said, the French onion soup was almost briney with salt (but that happens when you use store bought broth-but not homemade-homemade you can control it)...the ribs were fall off the bone fantastic. The baked potato was dry (butter will alleviate that). The steak...cooked to perfection, but flavorless. I have no idea how to improve the flavor-maybe a marinade? I'd like to find out the steak supplier outback uses-those are excellent cuts. I'd like to buy steaks for my house from the same supplier. All in all a fantastic experience. Will definitely return.

  The absolute worst service and food that myself, sister and nephew had ever received, long story short. Mgr Carlie made everything right with us although the evening was already ruined. She did her best to see if we would give them a second chance.. Sooo part 2 , soon to come. Ohh and if you are allergic to hot or spicy foods or cannot have them. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU ASK FOR PLAIN FOOD

  My server was Emma M, if I could leave a 0 star I would. Let’s just start off with she was WAY too attentive, to the point of annoyance. She came to my table 6 times in the span of 20 minutes of sitting down with just drinks. To the point where my children even noticed. in total she came up to us 16 times about every 5 minutes not even exadurating my kids were making a game out of it. I even heard the table behind me and my kids talking about her being way to attentive as well. We also felt very very rushed with her, felt like she wanted us out without even enjoying our food. within minutes she asked if we needed to go boxes. Outback please put this girl back in training!!! Genuinly I’m not this type of person I just got so annoyed with her I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
