Very politely I said ok not a problem could we wait on our table at the bar? She said that was fine. The bartender was great. The Hostess came and took us to our table. Where we were completely ignored for atleast 20 mins. Then the waitress stopped at our table and just started at us without saying anything and proceeded to ask us why we were there. Our steaks we not cooked as we asked and im not usually one to send anything back. So I ate about half of it and just dealt with it since no one came to check on us or get us any refills. Our sides (Mac n Cheese) we stone cold. Very disappointed for a 100$ meal and more than likely will not return to this location.

My food was packaged thoughtfully and cooked perfectly! Bonus is that I make a note in the app on my order requesting some bread and it was in the bag with extra butter just for it. Highly recommend the Kokomo Outback!
