- NLNicholas LaCaille2 days ago1.0This McDonald’s is the worst, I say in the drive thru, had 3 other cars go before me because they kept going to one line, then someone finally answered and another car pulled up to the other one, I told the girl that answered my online order # and I heard the car next to me do the same, then I heard him say next window, now I had 4 cars go in front of me. Then after I told the girl my order # a guy got on and asked the same ? And I said I just told the girl, and he said it was an auto greeting. They need to put a light on the lanes so you know which car pulled up first, so this doesn’t continue to happen, it’s why I hate McDonald’s, all of them do this, the worst is they have screens to see who got their first and they still pick the wrong car.

Today I thought I'd give them another chance and placed a mobile order. Came 10 minutes after the promised time and was still pulled up with 8 other cars. The order was a couple cheeseburgers and some nuggets. Absolutely no reason for a 20 minute wait at a "fast food" establishment. I understand wanting to keep drive thru times low but faking it by pulling every single customer and wasting every customer's time is unacceptable. At some point you have to improve the actual service. Note: atmosphere was not rated due to not dining in. Parking lot was reasonably clean.
