Today I thought I'd give them another chance and placed a mobile order. Came 10 minutes after the promised time and was still pulled up with 8 other cars. The order was a couple cheeseburgers and some nuggets. Absolutely no reason for a 20 minute wait at a "fast food" establishment. I understand wanting to keep drive thru times low but faking it by pulling every single customer and wasting every customer's time is unacceptable. At some point you have to improve the actual service. Note: atmosphere was not rated due to not dining in. Parking lot was reasonably clean.

Every time I get a Mcdouble or a double cheeseburger from this location, the burger comes with zero onions each time and this time the burger had no ketchup. This is maybe the 5th burger I've gotten this year from this location and its the same every time.

- JLJason LNov 25, 20254.0Stopped by the newly remodeled McDonald’s on Alto Road in Kokomo, and while the modern update looks nice, it’s not really my style. They removed the drinking fountains, which still feels inconvenient, and there’s definitely less human interaction now, making it harder to ask quick questions. The parking lot is plentiful and set up as a one-way flow, which actually makes it pretty efficient to get in and out. The drive-thru line moved quickly, and the restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. I was able to order, use a coupon, get my food, eat, and leave without any hassle. It did the main job. The new setup just isn’t my preference, but the restaurant itself operated smoothly. Overall, functional and efficient, even if the remodel takes away some of the classic conveniences.
