  I ordered a door dash order on Sunday and didn’t receive half of my food so I called the store and they said they could replace it for me next time I ordered, called back today to see if they could be placed in my new door dash order and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me that door dash has to refund me for something they MCDONALDS messed up not door dash! She just wanted to get me off the phone and was just being very unprofessional unlike the nice woman I spoke with on Sunday. It’s sad how many miserable people work at McDonalds and take their bullshit out of paying customers! Sick

  Not sure what’s going on with staff and why they’re so incompetent in their jobs. Repeatedly forgetting to give sauces when added with nugget orders, on multiple occasions I was given a Mcchicken with no chicken in it what so ever. Missing food items constantly when doing a delivery. This place just needs to be restaffed as a whole, it’s clear the managers and workers at this location are lacking in the qualifications needed to be running this place.

  Whatever they changed with the grease, they need to change it back. Fries was disgusting, taste like grease. Hash browns the same way.

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Lazy workers, sloppily-made food, long wait times, orders mistakes, dirty tables, dirty bathroom. I'll drive 5 miles out of my way to avoid this place.

  My wife gets off work and orders through the app..when going to pick it up the line had 4 cars in front of her..she gave them the code at the intercom can 10 minutes later she gets to the first window..a gentleman came to windows and told my wife that "they suck and sorry it's taking so long" then leaves the window..didn't let my wife say a word..another 10 minutes goes by and she gets to the second window..the girl at window forgot the sauce for nuggets when my wife ask for sauce she only gave one for a 6 piece which it should of have be two..she gets home and all the food is like hours old nuggets were disgusting the mcchicken was so old the bun was soggy..the fries was not all the way cooked..it took everything I had not to jump in car and go back up there..the night shift should all be fired and start afresh..we will be deleting the app and going to other restaurants
