  I ordered my lunch and asked for a 11 am delivery, It was super cold out side but I waited and waited. Call and they said the systems were down but he was able to tell me what I ordered but not call and inform me that they weren'tcoming. The guy said I'll make it now and have someone call when they're about pull up, i waited another 40 minutes and no call. I called back and he said we have no drivers and still have a problem with our systems. Ok so you never thought to call and tell me. I called again to make sure they refunded my card and they were so unapologetic and acted as if it wasn't a big deal that I missed my lunch and they had terrible business.

  I have been here 3 times in the last few weeks and there is no French bread. Highly frustrating bc it’s a little drive to get there.

  Asked for Hot peppers. Didn't see any on the sandwich. The kid at the counter argued that he put them on there, so brought my sandwich back and dug through the lettuce and found 3 slices of peppers. He claimed that was the normal portion. This place has gone down hill since it moved from Markland Plaza. Giving a great franchise a bad name.

  Ordered online and never received my food.. called and tried to find out when my food was going to be delivered and the only delivery driver that is there screamed at me on the phone so I would suggest not to tip this delivery driver I have told my facility not to tip him as well at any time as long as he works there.. very rude and very poor poor service like I said never received my food after an hour of ordering and only two blocks away from the premises.. The worst experience in the world from management to staff

  My wife and I got carry out: the Turkey Tom (#4) and the Pepe (#1). The service was fast and the staff were helpful and professional. Our sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is for a little more smiling and friendliness, but no complaints really.
