Created an order for an 1115 delivery as I don’t have a vehicle right now. Called at 1130 and was told third party website was not responding but no one called me to tell me about my order. Called again at 1145 as my lunch hour is over now and asked for a refund was told it’ll take 3-5 days which is fine however the person who answered the phone was so unapologetic never said I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Didn’t ask how to make anything right. No accountability taken. I will not be back. Sad because I love jimmy johns.

I ordered my lunch and asked for a 11 am delivery, It was super cold out side but I waited and waited. Call and they said the systems were down but he was able to tell me what I ordered but not call and inform me that they weren'tcoming. The guy said I'll make it now and have someone call when they're about pull up, i waited another 40 minutes and no call. I called back and he said we have no drivers and still have a problem with our systems. Ok so you never thought to call and tell me. I called again to make sure they refunded my card and they were so unapologetic and acted as if it wasn't a big deal that I missed my lunch and they had terrible business.
