    If I could give negative stars I would. My friend and I make 1 hr and 30 mins drive for Dutch Bros because we love it and it’s the closest to us! Sunday night around 8:25-8:30pm we experience our first terrible service. We have been here multiple times and always have great service by ONE EMPLOYEE! There were FOUR Sunday night and it was terrible from the beginning. An attitude taking our order and the drinks poorly made. They put the wrong cold foam and just whipped it off and put the right one on, a water down drink with loads of ice. We just wanted to leave because of how bad it was. They were all just goofing off.

    I'm from Oregon so when I found out they had built a Dutch Bros in Kokomo I was so excited. On my first visit I simply asked for a nitro with heavy cream and soft top. Like many Dutch Bros they have stopped providing heavy cream and they only have half and half. When I said that was fine the barista started to tell me I need to call it "... Kicker " something to do with their nick name for half and half, then she said I should ask for a certain named drink instead if that's what I wanted, but then she just stopped mid sentence and moved on saying nevermind.....(mumbling). I felt like at startbucks when they try to forced you to say Venti etc ....oh well, drink was mid not even made right. Today the line was excessively long so I chose to walk up, it's a beautiful morning as well. When I walked up to the window the girl with dark curly hair asked if I had a mobile order or a walk up. When I said I had a walk up order she rolled her eyes took a deep breath and said "okay what would you like..." Weather intentional or not her body language made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I simply said "never mind if it's an inconvenience I don't need anything." She spoke back to me as if she was appauld I would call out her tone, claiming it wasn't an inconvenience, once again the tone and delivery said otherwise. I said You did roll your eyes like it was an inconvenience and I walked away, she yelled "Have a good day" in a consicending tone, then even after I kept ealk, continued to berate me exclaiming " I didn't roll my eyes". A few suggestions from a seasoned customer of life: Don't yell at unsatisfied customers as they walk away from you, don't continue to escalate a situation your tone and body language have already caused and remember, I'm not someone on a phone you're texting I am a real human, I can see your face and hear your tone. Cool of you hare having a bad day, I wasn't rude, I just wasn't going to have that negative energy going into making my $6 overpriced coffee.

    They were great when they first opened, but the last 3 times I've been there I had over half an hour wait for one drink, and that was with ordering ahead. When it happens once, OK it could just be a bad day. Twice, well that's a bad sign but things happen. The third time it happens is a pattern. I really like the coffee, but I unfortunately won't be returning.
