- NDNatalie DavisJan 4, 20261.0We were terribly disappointed by our entire visit today. I placed an order online for drive thru pickup. I waiting over 30 minutes in line behind 5 cars. A car behind me had their drinks walked out them and when I got to the widow, they couldn’t find my drink and when they did, my frozen energy drink was 1/2 melted and there were about 5 cubes of ice left in the coffee so it was very watered down. My wife didn’t even drink 1/3 of it. I want to love Dutch Bros as it is convenient for me, but this is the second disappointing visit we have had in a row.

But today I had the rudest girl I have ever seen. I normally tip at least 15 percent every time. But I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes then decided to go to the walk up window. The girl had an attitude to the whole time. So I chose not to tip. She rolls her eyes. Then tells me after I paid. It wil be 45 minutes for my drinks.

I ended up asking for a refund and because they were ordered online. They said my wife had to go online but was so vague about how to navigate it. Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting over 50 minutes with no updates whatsoever.

Order was supposed to be ready at 12:02. At 12:20 I asked how much longer and said sorry we will start working on it. Wasted my lunch break and couldn’t get my drinks because of wait time. Don’t waste your time or money here.
- RFRyan FenstermakerDec 30, 20251.0Been there twice now. First experience sat in line for 40 minutes. The second one(today) took me out. Ordered ahead online 20 minutes in advance. Waited another 25 minutes at the store. While waiting I had to get out of my car and wake up a women who dozed off in the drive through who had been sitting there 45 minutes. One of our drinks were wrong. They put a free drink on our account but I doubt we’ll be using it to go back there. I honestly feel bad for the girls who work there. It’s more than evident they haven’t been trained properly. And there are not enough of them in there working. Corporate management or whoever the franchise owner is are to blame. So be kind to the girls it’s not their fault Dutch Bros business model is terrible.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
