- JWJonathan WordJan 1, 20261.0This specific store has been extremely inconsistent. Manager is pretty rude, and wrong/incomplete orders have been delivered multiple times. Complained to the corporate email line twice now, which claims that the issue will be forwarded on to the franchisee. Either it's getting lost somewhere, or the franchisee doesn't give a crap about customer satisfaction, because neither complaint was ever followed up on. As I write this review, I'm missing a quarter of my order and the manager says it'll take at least 40 minutes to get the rest of my order, no apology, nothing to make up for it. Avoid this store until the franchise figures their crap out.

Best food I've ever had from any Dominos, Staff is always pleasant and I witnessed them staying calm and courteous when an irate customer was being neither. Bravo night manager and crew. Think about seeing how many people are working in the store and making sure they all get some tips! I spent 22 bucks and left a 5 dollar tip, a buck for each worker and they all thanked me

Wait another 10 minutes, went back up to the counter I was then informed it had already been served. I told the young lady I had not received my pizza please look again. This time another girl asked if I had been helped, explained what was going on. She went to the rack that the other two had looked and there was my pizza the whole time. She then proceeded to try to charge me again. By now my pizza was cold and my temper was heating up as I have now been waiting an hour for my pizza. The Domino's on Washington needs help.
