Complained to the corporate email line twice now, which claims that the issue will be forwarded on to the franchisee. Either it's getting lost somewhere, or the franchisee doesn't give a crap about customer satisfaction, because neither complaint was ever followed up on. As I write this review, I'm missing a quarter of my order and the manager says it'll take at least 40 minutes to get the rest of my order, no apology, nothing to make up for it. Avoid this store until the franchise figures their crap out.
