I had the same issue at the location on Reed. It’s why I started coming here. I placed a mobile order for ice cream and cheese curds and get there for them to tell me they’re out of cheese curds? I didn’t even want anything to replace them. The least they could’ve done was upgrade my ice cream. I pretty much paid $10 for a small ice cream. How do you run out of product and still have it advertised on the sight knowing people will place mobile orders. I will not be coming back to either locations in town. Waste of my time and money.
