  The manager wasn’t very friendly,and had an off-putting demeanor about her. The writing on the cake was very disappointing,they should practice their cursive more before putting it on peoples birthday cakes.

  Worst dairy queen experience ever! I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger and got a nickel size worth of lettuce. The lettuce and tomato is the only difference when it comes to their basic cheeseburger. Yet my lettuce on the burger was smaller than the onion. The chicken strips for my kids looked very old and like they were reheated. The lady at the counter told us the chicken strips come with 2 sauces. We sat down and waited for our number to be called but instead it was brought out to us. My daughter only received one of her sauces and when we went up to the counter to ask for our other sauce we were told that after we sit down to eat they have to charge us for the sauce we already paid for. What has happened to customer service??? This was a major let down and my family and I will never return! I would definitely not call this a family friendly place when my 12 yr old can't even enjoy their old chicken strips with the sauce to cover the taste. I would give them no stars if I could. Worst service ever. Dont bring your family here. 😡

  Aaron was wonderful! He talked with my boyfriend and I while we waited on our order. Its nice to always see a friendly face, and the food was great :)

  Refund system is stupid. You have to give your information and wait however many business days for the manager to contact you to give you your money back? I had the same issue at the location on Reed. It’s why I started coming here. I placed a mobile order for ice cream and cheese curds and get there for them to tell me they’re out of cheese curds? I didn’t even want anything to replace them. The least they could’ve done was upgrade my ice cream. I pretty much paid $10 for a small ice cream. How do you run out of product and still have it advertised on the sight knowing people will place mobile orders. I will not be coming back to either locations in town. Waste of my time and money.
