  First time being there only because it was my son's third day working at his first job and wanted to get a meal. Excited to see him since he's the one serving the food. However, as awesome and smart as he is, clearly the restaurant and management is questionable at best. Wife and I wanted a great dinner and all we got was... We were out of cheese, We were out of guacamole, We were out of tortilla chips! , We were out of sour cream and some kind of meat. I can't remember exactly because I was a bit shell-shocked considering it was only 7:50 p.m. when they closed at 10:00 p.m... The poor guy behind me was even more distraught trying to put a bowl together and equally as pissed off. He said it was the fourth time being there and it's been the same story. Luckily, for my wife and I we just walked out and went to hacienda and had a great meal.... Somebody's sleeping at the wheel managing that store. you might as well just bulldoze it over and put something else on top of it That's actually got ingredients available... Hope my son learns valuable lessons on what not to do while working at this job. 😉

  Waited 30 minutes for my order , Just to get food poisoning , Its been 2 days later and im still fighting demons . wouldnt wish this on anybody

  Horrible service. The guacamole tasted like water. All the meat was over cooked and Dry. No onions or peppers. They filled door dash orders for 15 minutes before waiting on me. Unclean dirty atmosphere. The nastiest chipotle I ever tasted. I only got chicken guacamole and hard old queso. What a waste of $15 whoever Robert is on my receipt needs fired

  Checked out the new Chipotle in Kokomo, and it’s definitely a different vibe compared to the older locations. The building itself is smaller, but being a standalone spot with a drive-thru makes it super convenient. The food quality feels just a little off. It’s nothing major, just something about the flavor or prep that doesn’t match the usual Chipotle consistency, and I can’t quite put my finger on why. Everything is extremely clean, which makes sense for a brand-new store, and the dining area feels fresh and well kept. The restroom is available and spotless, which is always appreciated. Service was quick and but not as friendly, but the drive-thru adds a nice option if you don’t want to go inside. Parking is easy with plenty of space around the building. Overall, it’s a handy spot for a quick meal, even if the food doesn’t fully match the quality I’ve had at other Chipotle locations.
