  We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, I'm allergic to pork, and got a jalapeno turkey club no bacon, I definitely had bacon on the sandwich, my husband loves it and I was hungry. I asked for a frozen strawberry hibiscus lemonade that's not what they gave me and my husband ordered a strawberry hibiscus Sprite and he got the lemonade. we pull out of the drive-thru and I reach into the bag to try to find straws there are no straws but this frozen lemonade is dripping all down my arm and I can't find any napkins either because they didn't put any straws or napkins in the bag So then I try to call the number and I'm on hold the whole way home mind you it takes roughly 30 minutes to get to Chick-fil-A from my house I never talked to customer service because nobody ever answered the phone- this is the second time in a week I've been to the Kokomo Chick-fil-A-same thing earlier in the week I got a salad and asked for no bacon on my salad hey guess what I couldn't eat the salad If you told them that you were lactose intolerant you couldn't have cheese they'd make sure you didn't have the cheese. I don't understand why it's so difficult for these young people to punch in and order properly and then give food back Kokomo Chick-fil-A is awful hands down I will go drive an hour longer to go anywhere else because Chick-fil-A and Kokomo is that awful.

  First time going here. No one in line to order. Service was great! Love the professionalism! The one star was for the cool chicken wrap. It's a wrap that is cut in half. One-side half had very little chicken the other side just veggies that come with wrap. Kale crunch salad was very good.

  Thought I'd try Chick-fil-A one more time since they recently arrived in Kokomo but my opinion hasn't changed. I think the chicken sandwiches are dry and flavorless. I appreciate they offer gluten-free options and salads. The crew at the drive thru were friendly. Handed me the salad I had ordered but omitted the sandwich. I've learned to check the bag before I pull away and they quickly gave me the sandwich.

  I am not going to get long winded about my first every visit to this store but whatever they are paying Emma, it is NOT enough! Her customer service skills are A++, management you need to truly take her to the next level within your franchise. Thank you so much for helping me understand the issue Emma, you saved the store a $60 order. I appreciate you very much! Oh and the food was better than expected reading the reviews here, not sure what that is all about LOL.

  If I could give a rating of zero I would The co-workers look extremely confused. My first time there I had to wait 25 minutes just for my food in the drive-thru, while everybody behind me got their food first. I tried to give them second chance because sometimes restaurants have bad days. It was worse than the first time. I waited 30 minutes just for 1 shake. This Chick-fil-A is an absolute joke compared to the others. This location has a rating of only 3.7 while the surrounding restaurant is 4.4. I can see why this place is trash. Management needs to retrain these employees and fire some, especially one of the managers.
