  During my visit at subway today I saw nothing but chaos and unprofessionalism from the team lead camey, Madalyn seemed to not care about what was going on around her or if people heard her and camey complaining about customers that asked for too many items on their sandwiches. I saw camey treat a couple of customers rudely tha clearly had a language barrier. One good note is that Patrick continued to try and help keep camey moving and doing things correctly but unfortunately could not get through to her. From the customer perspective it seemed he should be the team lead not her and things may run more efficiently.

  I asked server what was the day so I can get the special of the day she proceeded to tell me then ask me was I ordering I said yes she proceeded to take the guess behind me order the hand gesture of him was she was here first she proceeded in a conversation with him made his sandwich she says ma'am after she's finished with his sandwich I proceeded to step over she say what would you like I said the same thing he has the other coworker comes in and says to her it is different type of chicken she proceeded to say that she felt like the rotisserie chicken was better once again that's not what I asked I asked for the special but I also wanted what the person in front of me had she did not put the same chicken on the sandwich that she put on the man sandwich did not have the same type of chicken I seen that she was going to give me a different type of chicken I proceeded to tell her I don't even want the sandwich any longer and I left Subway needs to go over customer service with their staff she needs to be taught until the guests and you are finished talking then you go to the next guess please and thank you what i just experience was very rude and soon not every be done every

  Between the customers who do a poor job communicating what they want (whether it be due to a language barrier or poor communication skills, I saw both) and the one really slow dude who mumbles, you might be standing there for a pretty long while. I'm only taking off one star because I'm assuming the slow guy was new.

  One day I'll go to this Subway to get a sandwich and actually get fresh bread. Not today. But one day the employee will get fresh bread instead of hard bread.
