  Tried to tell me they gave me my coffee already after I waited for almost ten minutes and then when they finally gave it to me it wasn't even the one I ordered.

  This is the 5th time at least me and my husband have driven 30 minutes to kentland, just to come home and there is something unacceptable wrong with our food. it seems like they’re this inconsistent and inconvenient almost every time, for example My husband doesn’t eat cheese, and so many times over now they’ve put cheese burgers in regular burger packages. So we drive home to keep the food warm and it’s something he can’t even eat! I know mistakes happen but we shouldn’t have to rummage through the bags every time! The Food tastes good but is almost always missing something or includes something we didn’t want

  Sat in line for 20 minutes for a Big Mac meal and Nugget happy meal. We finally got to the window to get our food and they pulled us. Mind you there were 5 cars (2 behind me) TOTAL in line and maybe 7 cars in the parking lot (idk which were workers). Absolutely ridiculous. When I got my food the food wasn’t even fresh. Pulled out the fries to check and half the box is empty. Normally I don’t complain but this happens way too much. And then the workers act like the customers are a bother because THEY forgot the straws. Absolutely pathetic.
