They have their faults sure, but the people there try so hard to do their job right. The manager does really good at making sure the employees keep up with service the best they can. I love it no matter the challenges it faces every now and again. At least they are there, working, and trying to make a difference.

When I question the workers they tell me that they still have them and they are there on the menu. Today I tried again. I don't see them and the manager said they are on the menu and walked away to make other orders. I spent time looking again and could not see them. I overheard the manager to one of the employees not to help with the Kiosk. Folks need do it themselves. I finally got one of the employees to come to the kiosk. I asked again about the double deckers. She replied they should be on the menu. I was able to get her to look and she was unable to find them. She apologized and entered my order via cash register. I asked next time I come in what am I supposed to do if they are not offered on the menu? She replied I would have to get the manager. Well, she is a hard person to get her attention and come to the register. And on top of that she is not real friendly.
