    Visit over the weekend....the Women who delivered my curbside order rudely stated that there are closer spots and we should use them the next time. Visited today amd parked in the closer spot and waited over 20min for curbside with 2 cars in drive thru at the time. By the time I went in to check on my order over 10 cars had come and gone through the drive thru. Took over 5 min for someone to acknowledge me waiting inside and then another couple min before they finally gave me my order. I went out to my vehicle and went to eat it only to realized it was all cold.

    Most of the time I don't have any problems. Maybe it's the workload with the new Grinch meals, but yesterday I got 2. Neither of them had the Shaker bag or Grinch salt. There was a problem with my big Mac, but the manager fixed that right away. I just really wanted to try the salt, so I guess I'll need to get more. Leaving this review because they're not answering their phones.

    While going to pick up my order on Nov 29 at around 10, we got stuck in the snow. At the same time, an employee was outside. He saw the situation and went above and beyond by pushing my car, helping my car get unstuck. Wish we would have caught his name, but really huge thanks to the guy who helped get my car unstuck!!!
