We pre-ordered in the app, before leaving the house. We had to pull to the side and watched 5 cars after us get their meals. We didn't get our for over 16 minutes. This made us late for appointments.

Twice now I’ve ordered breakfast and their online stuff was down. Instead of offering to make it as I had screenshots of the order, the confirmation from the app it was confirmed, I get told I’ll get a refund when the screens come back on. Meanwhile I am out of my breakfast and dinner as I just ordered two sausage egg cheese sandwiches and two hashbrown. The first time it did this I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and 2 hashbrowns, was made to pay a second time after waiting nearly 30 minutes in curbside, was told I’d get a refund in a few days. It’s been 17 days and still no refund. Super annoyed. No help from any of the managers. The manager today who answer was extremely hostile.

Went there yesterday, 1055 and they were serving breakfast still, personally we weren't planning it to be breakfast but we ordered anyways.... For one if youre about to switch over from breakfast to lunch, YOU HAVE TO BE READY. that being said our order was ordered and paid for they had us pull into spot 8 and said "it'll be A MINUTE AND A HALF" for the hashbrowns to be done.... Didn't get my food till a little over 10 minutes later, just got blood drawn from our toddler so we were just trying to catch a snack. Already 1 minutes turned into 10 and they brought it out with other orders. Tell me why I opened the bag FILLED with grease from those hashbrowns, kicker, THEY WERE ALL BURNT. The other food was a burrito and McMuffins, apparently their smart move was to make that 10 minutes before the hashbrowns were done 👍 round of applause to you..... Tortilla was hard as a rock, both sandwiches cold other than the fact that the GREASE warmed it. I've worked in many food industrys and this among other times have been terrible at this establishment and I never had it happened where I worked. Yes I understand sometimes you get slammed but that doesn't mean just give out anything... After calling them and saying that hey my food was cold the girl that answered took it without concern, "we told you it would be a minute" THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT TO GIVE SOMEONE BURNT FOOD WITH COLD FOOD, she had a 'well what do you want me to do about it attitude' and then said after going back and forth "well you can come back and get a new one" honestly repulsed about the whole thing, IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THAT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. Any other day I wouldve went back but it wasn't worth the STUPID fight. Also I didn't get to eat any of it that day nor did my family cause it was THAT BAD (food and attitudes). 👎 (I ended that phone call after she said that cause she didn't offer it right away it was a whole investigation)
