  They need more experience workers. I went in earlier tonight and was told by one worker their register was down, but that I could order through their app. So I placed my order. She left to go smoke & another worker came out and asked if I was picking up an order, when I explained the situation she said “oh no we’re not taking anymore orders because our computer isn’t printing anymore tickets so we won’t get your order. I had already paid and it said that our order was ready. I explained the other woman said I could order through their app app. She was making orders and not once did she ask me for my name to check if the sandwiches she was making was mine. Because she did make one sub that was one I ordered but to give benefit of doubt it could have been someone else’s order because it was done on different bread. She said they was both new & I could tell because neither had on a name tag & the other woman wasn’t even in uniform. I kept my cool, but I was so heated inside. While we was there she was taking tickets that idk where she wa getting them and was doing orders. So idk who they was for because she kept telling ppl she couldn’t do orders at that location. I’d recommend going there when it’s a weekday & they’re busy because then you will have better luck getting your food.

  this place is horrible i waited 10 mins to order cause manager was making 1 order at time and no help and he is slow as hell!! if u cannot run store than give up

  Do your self a favor and eat any where else but here !!! this location needs to be shut down!!! Everytime I come here something is wrong !!! Every single time!! No exaggeration

  Always drive thru only. They're always out of SOMETHING critical for 80 percent of the sandwiches. Most of the guys at the window have terrible attitudes. Service is incredibly slow. I've been here multiple times because it's close but I will not return again. Trust me, just skip this one
