  My son wanted pizza for dinner Saturday night, and we chose Papa John's. We get pizza from here once a month or so but this particular experience was the best we've ever had. The person greeting us had to be the sweetest person I've ever encountered. Her interaction with my little boy was so kind and genuine! To top it off, when our pizza was ready they noticed a piece was missing some pepperonis so they remade the pizza and gave it to us. They checked the quality and fixed it before it ever even made it to us. Management was so friendly, another worker who came from the back took pride in making sure we had a great experience and were satisfied. If you're in Jeff and looking for fresh, delicious pizza and excellent customer service this is the place to go!

  Our pizza had an ant. We called and spoke to a manager who said we’d get credit back on our account, we never did. We called again, a different manager said no. Honestly don’t even want another one from here anyways, but lost 20 or so dollars 🥴

  This is their pathetic attempt at a pan pizza. I asked for the toppings to be on the left and just cheese on the right. Asked for “well done” as well. The dough wasn’t even cooked through.

  Really disappointed with this visit as I don’t usually have issues with this location. I waited in my car till I got the notification that my pizza was ready, so when I came inside, I expected to be in and out with my pizza. Now I initially wasn’t on a time crunch, but that…quickly changed as I came into a line of people waiting to either order or pick up and order. The employee servicing the till would intermittently move some boxes around and help a guest, like once every 10 minutes. Now, the most annoying part about this wait is that my pizza was ready the whole time!!! I could literally see my pizza just sitting there while I was not being served. On top of that, the employee working the register also had both earbuds in! I’m usually pretty lax about that and don’t really care if service employees listen to music while helping guests, but the fact that the service was slow as snails on top of it rubbed me the wrong way. I want to make sure that it’s known that this isn’t necessarily a dog on the employees, more so on management, for letting it be what seemed to just be 2 employees running the store during peak times of the day. Now, after all of that, and finally getting my pizza, I will say it was pretty good. Worth the wait? No. But still in relativity, for “fast”(not in this instance) food, pizza was a great pie. I’d highly recommend the pan pizza
